Who we are

What data we process, and why
Contact form. The form on our Contact page collects your name, email address and message. Submitting it opens your own email application with the message pre-filled and addressed to us; nothing is stored on this website's servers. We use what you send solely to answer your enquiry, on the basis of your consent and, where you ask about our services, the steps needed before entering into a contract. All three fields are needed to answer you — without them we cannot process the enquiry.
Hosting logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data about each visit — IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps — for security, abuse prevention and service operation. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Language preference. Your chosen site language (EN / TR / AR) is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and identifies no one.
Map. The interactive Google Map on the Contact page loads only after you press "Load interactive map". Only then does Google receive your IP address and possibly set cookies; until then, no request is made to Google.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping, after which they are deleted. Hosting logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short technical period.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@aytultemiz.com — we respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, with your local data protection authority.
